1 - Introduce yourself:
Hi! My name is Manu! I am a creative graphic designer and illustrator from Spain.
In the past few years I've being working for advertising agencies, although I currently survive as Creativity’s fortune soldier (freelance designer, haha).
I have worked for clients such as El País (Spanish newspaper) and The Ghetto Film School in New York.

2 - Which artists inspire you and why?
Oh, it's hard to choose... I am always inspired by Saul Bass, I think he is probably the best designer of all time, I am fascinated by the visual power of his creations.
Javier Jaén is also a reference, I would highlight his imagination, elegance and cleanliness.
And last but not least, my friend J.M. Navarro, I discovered the "New pop" style and the power of visual poetry, thanks to him. I always had many ideas in my head but I didn't know how to get them out of there, Navarro showed me the way. Furthermore, he is an incredible designer and his creative ability can sometimes be overwhelming.

3 - What’s the most important thing to know about you? (3 most important things, not necessarily related to work)
Well, I wouldn't really know what to say, this kind of thing is better for others to say it... I always try to see the good side of things and even in the worst moments I try to show a smile and be positive.
I try not to lie, because then you have to remember the lies and I'm too clueless to do it haha.
A dream that few people know (until now) is that I would like to be a judge in a Spanish tortilla contest.

4 - What qualities and skills should a designer have?
I think it is important to approach each project as if it were the most important of your life, I have learned over time that there are no small clients or small jobs, unless you see them that way.
On the other hand, you should always pay attention to the details, be curious and always try to go further.
