Bubble tea, also known as pearl milk tea, boba milk tea, or boba juice, is a Taiwanese tea-based drink from Taichung. Most bubble tea recipes contain a tea base mixed/shaken with fruits or milk, to which chewy tapioca balls or fruit jellies are often added. BoboLink was appointed to develop the brand identity and create and launch a campaign on social media to introduce the product.
We needed to create a brand identity that was compelling and unique in a country where people appreciate differentiation. We came up with the hashtag #ATasteForEverySeason and based the design of the logo on the different seasons to capture the feels that comes with each.
The art of reinvention
The campaign created a lot of buzz both online and offline, and Bubble T soon became one of the trendiest brands in Beirut.
